Kinetics Parkour
Kinetics was started in May 2010 and is a local community project based in Swansea, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, Wales. It was created to encourage and promote Parkour at a grass-roots level, engaging and guiding local youths by offering free Parkour JAM meetings in the communities under the guidance of a qualified instructor as well as working alongside schools, youth centers and leisure centers local to Carmarthenshire County.
Our Parkour Park
ourPARKourPARK is a project to promote the builds of bespoke Parkour parks in Wales. These unique facilities include strong input from the communities in which they are built in order to future proof spaces and further develop the practice of Parkour.
Wales Workshop Tour
The Wales Workshop Tour started in April 2011 and was designed to bring FREE Parkour workshops to the counties of Wales. Its aim is to further promote Parkour and to offer professional tuition of Parkour technique, terminology, philosophy and advice from qualified instructors which would other wise be inaccessible to the more rural communities.
